Little World

What's On

Little World

You know those nights when you’re out in Liverpool and someone says, “How are we in this city, la?” Now imagine being a little one seeing the world for the first time. That’s exactly what World Museum is inviting families to do this November with their Little World workshop. Forget dusty textbooks and long silences – this is all about getting big ideas, hands on.

What’s It About?

Little World is a creative family workshop from National Museums Liverpool – you bring the imagination, they’ll supply the inspiration. The event promises activities for curious minds and little hands, filling World Museum with big thinking for all ages (and probably a few adults having more fun than intended). Expect engaging workshop activities without any pressure or exams. It’s an open invitation to explore, play, and let those big thoughts bounce around the grand old halls.

When Is It On?

This workshop pops up for just one day – 6 November 2026. If you’re the type to miss things and claim you were “dead busy”, don’t say we didn’t warn you.

Where Is It?

World Museum, William Brown Street, Liverpool, L3 8EN. Smack bang in Liverpool’s culture quarter, just down from the big library with the steps. Ideal if you want to squeeze in some dinosaurs or a quick Egyptian mummy before (or after) you get creative.

Tickets

Entry is free, though donations are welcome if you’ve got a bit of change rattling in your pocket. Head to the official World Museum booking page for more details or to secure your spot.

More Information

For the official event info and any updates straight from the museum, visit the National Museums Liverpool website.

One day only, loads of room to imagine. Little World isn’t just for kids – adults have been known to get a bit carried away. Sounds boss, doesn’t it?
