You can hear the laughter already drifting past Blackstock Market. There’s nothing like a Liverpool crowd – especially at Christmas. This December, Hot Water Comedy Club serves up a boss present: The Scouse House – Best of Liverpool Stand Up – Christmas Special. Put the dodgy crackers and bad telly to one side for a proper local laugh instead.
What’s It About?
This night is all about Liverpool comedians taking centre stage. Expect a line-up of stand ups who know exactly how to work a Scouse audience, swapping tales and Christmas gripes that every local will recognise – from tangled fairy lights to those ‘Secret Santa’ shambles in work. It’s the city’s sense of humour, straight from the source, wrapped up in a festive special that’s proudly Liverpool to its core.
When Is It On?
The Scouse House Christmas Special drops on Saturday, 5 December 2026 at 8pm. Book early, because Liverpool comedy nights in December fill up faster than a city centre car park on match day.
Where Is It?
All the action unfolds at Hot Water Comedy Club, 17 Blackstock Street, Liverpool, L3 6ER. Easy to spot – just listen out for the crowd roaring at the best punchlines north of the Mersey.
Tickets
Standard tickets start from £15.00. Book through the official Hot Water Comedy Club event page. No standing outside hoping for a ticket spare – get it sorted and save yourself the grief.
