You know it’s a proper Liverpool weekend when you’re dodging the rain on Blackstock Street, giggling before you even find your seat. That’s Hot Water Comedy Club for you – never knowingly serious for long. And now they’re putting on a Double Headline Show that’s bound to get everyone laughing, whether you’re there for the punchlines or just the people-watching.
What’s It About?
This is a double treat: two top stand-up acts sharing the headline spot for one afternoon show. Instead of the usual single headliner with a string of openers, you get comedy heavyweights back-to-back, keeping the energy boss from start to finish. Hot Water is keeping a bit of mystery over which comedians will be on, but their headline shows usually draw in quality acts from across the UK scene. Whether they’re local favourites or TV faces, the vibe is always sound.
When Is It On?
Put it in the calendar: Saturday, 24 October 2026. Doors open at 4pm – the perfect time to catch a laugh before heading out for tea, or making a proper night of it around town after.
Where Is It?
Hot Water Comedy Club has set up shop at 17 Blackstock Street, Liverpool, L3 6ER. Tucked inside Blackstock Market, it’s easy enough to find – just follow the sound of people having a good time.
Tickets
The best bit? This Double Headline Show is free to attend. You’ll still need to nab a spot in advance, so book your free tickets on the official event page to avoid missing out. Hot Water’s headline nights are popular – you don’t want to be left outside acting like you meant to just wander past anyway.
